From the outset, Nick was polite, professional and pleasant; he even dropped by to make sure we were connected to the internet before the actual cabling installation took place a few days later.

His team is absolutely phenomenal, and it shows in the care they take with their work. They kept disruption within the house to a minimum, and even took the time to neatly organise the cabling layout inside the NBN box, something most people would never even see.

Last minute call out to the blue mountains for a temporary switch board installation for a dinosaur aquarium (4 guys) … then a seperate time same day call out to an urgent job in Penrith to connect a spa and sub main.
