Job Description:

Our services include Back to Base Alarm Monitoring (Grade A1), a one-stop-shop E-Security provider (design up to installation), Mobile Patrols and Static Guards.

About the role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team.
This role is a permanent full-time position based in Concord NSW.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inbound and outbound calls from internal and external stakeholders
- Inbound and outbound Emails from internal and external stakeholders
- Work order creation
- Scheduling of Ultimate Security Technicians
- Subcontractor work order management
- Resolving enquiries from internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
- Communicate with customers on the progress of job requests
- Customer portal management
- Invoicing to customers
- Approval of subcontractor invoices
- Customer service surveys
- Processing customer credit card payments
- Working in a safe manner
- Reporting all incidents or hazards to supervisor
- Complying with emergency and evacuation procedures
Selection Criteria
- Experience using SimPro preferred but not essential
- Product knowledge on security products including CCTV, Access Control and Alarm systems is preferred but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment demonstrating flexibility and professionalism
